Information about reservations, cancellations and session recovery

Transparency and absence of permanence

At Mugitu LAB there is no permanence contract or long-term mandatory commitment.

You freely decide each month whether you continue training with us, whether in person or in online sessions.

All we ask is mutual respect in managing spots, as groups are small and we want everyone to have the opportunity to make the most of their session.

Cancellation and recovery policy

Deadlines and conditions

  • Reservations, cancellations or absences must be notified with a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
  • If you notify within this period, you can recover the session at another time or format (in-person or online), provided there is availability.
  • If you don't, the session will be considered lost and cannot be recovered.

Recoveries: important rules

  • This rule also applies to recovery reservations: if you don't cancel with 24h advance notice, that recovery cannot be rescheduled.
  • Recoveries are not cumulative: they must be done within the same month in which the session is lost.
  • If they are not used in that period, unfortunately they are lost.

Temporary pauses and spot reservation

If due to vacation, travel or other reasons you need to take a temporary pause in your attendance, you have the option to secure your spot by paying 50% of the monthly fee for the month you'll be absent.

This way, your space within the group will be reserved and you can rejoin without losing your place.

Keep in mind that this payment is considered a spot reservation, and does not generate accumulated sessions or future recoveries.

Official communication

All arrangements (reservations, cancellations or changes) must always be done via WhatsApp.

This way everything is recorded and we can maintain clear, transparent and fair control for everyone.

Online sessions

Format and features

At Mugitu LAB we also offer live online sessions, designed for those who cannot attend in person but want to keep their process active and guided.

These sessions follow the same reservation, cancellation and recovery rules as in-person sessions.

Right of withdrawal

If the online session is contracted on a one-time basis or by a new user outside the center, the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 apply, including the right of withdrawal in the first 14 calendar days, provided the service has not begun.

User rights

Both in-person and online, Mugitu LAB is governed by current consumer regulations in Spain:

Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

All information about prices, schedules and conditions is communicated in a clear, transparent and accessible manner before contracting.

There are no abusive clauses or disproportionate penalties.

Payment of the monthly fee implies spot reservation during that period, with no right to partial refunds for unnotified absences.

In case of cancellations or modifications due to causes attributable to the center, the user will have the right to rescheduling, compensation or proportional refund.

These rules allow us to:

  • Better manage available spots.
  • Give other people the opportunity to take advantage of them.
  • Ensure quality, order and balance in the group.
  • And at the same time respect your freedom to decide month by month if you want to continue training with us.
