Hello, I'm Jota Martínez,
founder of MUGITU LAB

Creator of the MCI method – Integral Body Mobility. Jota Martínez's academic and professional training is defined in three words: Multidisciplinary • Specialized • Experiential

Over 25 years traveling the world to the rhythm of the body. I have danced, taught and accompanied processes in Colombia, Spain, Cuba, Mexico, Italy, France and Portugal.

This place is magic, a safe space to disconnect, play and flow with your body and emotions, exploring its limits and being aware of it, to be able to improve every day. A small oasis of peace and laughter where the magician Jota Martínez coordinates everything with sensitivity, empathy, observation power and attention to detail so you can bring out all your potential and well-being, which is what it's all about in the end. I would recommend it 1001 times.
